Join us at the upcoming Little Rock Landlord Association meeting and receive valuable information that you won’t find anywhere else. Meet our new board members, mix and mingle and see what the local market holds for you.
Our featured speaker for the month of May will be a local resource vendor Royce Lewis of Science Home.
Royce helps landlords and homeowners with high utility bills, hot & cold rooms, dust & bad order, and his focus is the problems and issues of mold and mildew, which affect our health and well being.
Our guest vendor for our May meeting is Nolen Hughes- owner of College Hunks Hauling Junk – who has just expanded this business to include yard cleanup and maintenance.

President’s Message
It is an honor to be elected as the 2010-2012 president of the Little Rock Landlord Association (LRLA). As president of the LRLA my goal is to continue the direction of our past president Jason Bolden. My specific goals will be to increase membership and participation, make our website more informative, increase participation with the State Landlord Association and enhance our knowledge in local and state legislative issues that affect property owners. LRLA wants to be a valuable player when assisting our community and elected officials.
The LRLA will continue to provide information, knowledge and resources that increase the Landlord’s profitability. If you are a Landlord, real estate investor, property owner, or property manager, we encourage you to become a member. We also encourage the membership of vendor affiliates. Our vendor affiliates are significant to our organization because they provide a continuous stream of knowledge and services to our members.
The LRLA holds monthly meetings with fellow landlords for the purpose of networking and educating one another. The LRLA has guest speakers each month that discuss current issues or problems that affect our industry. By joining the LRLA you help to enhance the professionalism and importance of Landlords in our community as well as giving us a voice on state and local issues.
We look forward to meeting and working with you.
